These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.bamburry.com (the "Website") and any purchase you make from us. The Website is owned and operated by Avish Lifestyle, trading as Bamburry ("Bamburry", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. Our products are designed for babies; the Website and checkout process are intended for use by adults (parents and caregivers) on a baby's behalf.

3. Products, Descriptions & Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to display product details, sizing, and images accurately; actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photographic lighting. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify product specifications, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — in which case any amount already paid will be refunded in full.

5. Payments
We accept credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available, processed through our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). We do not store your card details on our servers. Partial COD orders and refused/undelivered COD orders are handled per our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Governed by our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including the Bamburry name and logo, product photography, graphics, and text — is the property of Avish Lifestyle and protected under Indian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the Website's operation, or submit false or misleading information when placing an order.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bamburry / Avish Lifestyle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss beyond the value of the order in question.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Bamburry / Avish Lifestyle against any claim arising from your misuse of the Website or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
